The Smart System & Intelligent Automation (SSIA) program is designed to develop intelligent systems and smart automation that combine AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), and process automation. You will learn to design systems that can monitor environments, analyze data automatically, and take smart actions to improve operational efficiency.

In this specialization, you will master the full cycle of building intelligent automation systems. You will learn to connect physical devices to the internet, collect and analyze real-time data, and apply AI to trigger automated actions. Additionally, you will explore Robotic Process Automation (RPA), designing software bots that integrate with enterprise systems to streamline repetitive digital workflows.
