Green Forest Bogor, 21–22 November 2025 — The much-anticipated UNIJI Field Trip 2025 finally arrived, bringing excitement, teamwork, and the unmistakable spirit of the Rhino Family to the cool mountain air of Bogor. Nestled in the lush greenery of the Green Forest Bogor Hotel & Resort, this two-day event transformed into more than just a getaway; it was a journey of connection, growth, and unforgettable experiences.
Day 1: Where Learning Met Adventure
The day kicked off bright and early on Friday morning as dozens of eager UNIJI students boarded their buses at Campus UNIJI, Taman Catleya. Laughter and chatter filled the aisles as everyone eagerly anticipated what awaited them in Bogor. Upon arrival, participants checked in and joined the welcome session led by Ms Octa, Ms Winda, and Ms Moudy, who set an energetic tone for the entire trip.
After the morning briefing by Mr Lawrence and Mr Chandra, the field trip officially began with a highly engaging Digital Marketing Workshop presented by Ms Putri. Her session, titled “Workshop and Real-World Challenges”, allowed students to explore how creativity, content, and technology blend in the business world today. It was a session that both inspired and challenged UNIJI’s future leaders.
After a delicious lunch and Friday prayers, the afternoon kicked off with the main event: Leadership Training and Team Building. Laughter filled the resort as students played exciting games, which helped them learn to work together, think strategically, and communicate effectively. By the end of the day, students had formed friendships that would last a lifetime.
As evening came, the atmosphere became more relaxed and joyful. The Talent Show Night was a real highlight of the event. Groups put on performances ranging from singing, dancing, and comedy to creative acts that showed off their talent, confidence, and teamwork. The judges: Mr Chandra, Ms Putri Olivia, Mr Anton, Ms Miranti, Ms Siwi, and Ms Vani, had the tough job of picking winners from all the amazing performances.
Day 2: Reflection and Renewal
Saturday morning kicked off bright and cheerful with a Morning Exercise session led by Ms Rizka and Ms Dahlia. Everyone stretched, laughed, and felt refreshed, ready to tackle another day of growth. After breakfast, Mr Chandra led a Social Development Session that was both insightful and fun. He showed the students how important it is to be empathetic, communicate well, and know yourself. Through lively discussions, he reminded everyone that being a leader isn’t just about leading others it starts with understanding yourself.
The excitement really got to everyone during the Award Ceremony, where the most energetic teams were celebrated.

The hall was filled with thunderous applause as the winners were announced, and they didn’t just get prizes; they also got pride and memories they’ll cherish forever.
By noon, it was time to head out, pack up, and hop on the buses back to Jakarta. The ride back was filled with happy chats, photos, and a feeling of accomplishment that stayed with everyone even after they arrived at Taman Catleya.
More Than a Trip, A Chapter to Remember
What made this field trip special was how learning and laughter went hand in hand. Whether it was the smart lessons during workshops, the fun times by the bonfire, or the shared excitement in every activity, UNIJI students showed everyone what it means to be united and a leader.
As one participant put it, “It wasn’t just about traveling—it was about finding out who we are as future leaders and as a family.”
The UNIJI Field Trip 2025 will be remembered not just as an event, but as a moment that made everyone stronger in their teamwork, character, and creativity.
